When they change out the oil this place everything's fine. The problem is that they don't do it as much as they should. Nothing is worse than paying a lot of money for chicken that tastes like dirt. We mainly go here when they have a deal going on because the prices are a bit high. They rarely mess up an order and always give plenty of sauces etc. The cashiers are friendly.

Last time there were 0 pickles, this time I asked for extra pickles on both of my sandwiches. Confirmed it twice. One pickle on each. This review comes after a bad experience for the 100th time. These employees need an attitude adjustment and management needs to get involved. No longer going here. Thanks for making it an easy decision.

So I have been going to this KFC/Taco Bell for a long time, I like both and it is conveniently near my house. The overall experience at this location has been going downhill for a while now. Every trip to the drive thru starts the same way, "Welcome to KFC Taco Bell, currently we are out of..." If this kind of thing just happened occasionally, I wouldn't care, but every single time for months. Sometimes it's one or two things, sometimes it's 8 plus any carbonated drink. Then the last time I went I wasn't told they were out of something until after I paid for it. The employees here are also generally uninterested.

Great place great customer service the chicken here is always fresh always tasty never disappoint. Fast service and great great Mac and cheese with the fries and a drink never can go wrong. Definitely recommend to people the bucket with chicken meal is great the people who work here also super friendly and nice. Can't wait to go back and get me a bucket of chicken this weekend coming up

I drove up to the drive-thru at 9:00 PM. Waited a few minutes for the car in front of me to finish ordering. Drove up. Asked for a chicken sandwich combo. Guy said "uh, we're out of chicken sandwiches." Said, "ok, how about some fries." Waited 30 or 40 seconds...silence. "Hello?" He said, "oh, wait just a second." Then he said, "ok, what do you want?" I said, "fries." "Oh, we're out of fries. Our cook went home for the day." "Ok, well then what do you have??" "Uh, some wings and some other stuff." I ordered two soft tacos and drove up to the first window, but behind me I heard, "hi, we're out of a lot of stuff tonight" "uh ok, do you have mac and cheese?" "what?" "I said do you have mac and cheese?" "oh, yeah."
