Absolute garbage. Food, service, and manager simply terrible. Manager yelling curses at staff that can be heard throughout the dining floor. Manager complaining that this is her second day doing a double shift. Service extremely slow. I will never go back. 0 to -0 stars if possible.

Was not impressed with the cleanliness or the staff. They were too focused on getting drive thru taken care of as if competing with other stores(i know that goes on in every fast food chain including ones I worked for in past years), a customer walked out when I was waiting on food for my customer which I would have chosen another location had the app let me, I just hope my customer got the good food quality he deserved(I'll never know being a third party service)

I reviewed this restaurant about a month ago after my husband and I had such a horrible experience and said we would never be back. However, my husband and his co-worker decided to give this location another try a couple of days ago and he said it was 100 times worse than when we went. He said it smelled horrible when you walk in, almost every table was dirty with leftover peoples trash, cups and paper all over the floor, they noticed the employees behind the counter kicking cups out of the way so they could walk. He said they saw people coming in from the drive through because their orders were wrong. He said their food was disgusting as well. This location needs some serious help.

1/2/18 7:30pm drive thru was pack , took about 15-20min for a single person to receive their order , several cars left because they were taking long , didn’t even have my order when I pulled up to the window and , I tried being positive and nice understanding of the situation but the cashier kept giving me attitude and kept closing the window when I needed something , I don’t know who’s the store manager or managers for this Wendy’s but they’re not doing a good job , you guys should consider re staffing because this isn’t a one time thing 4/5 times I go to order through drive they always take about 10-15min to even get my order , I suggest firing the current manager(s) and replacing them with managers who are really going to make things work and flow ( especially this location ) ! Overall VERY bad service , NEEDS A WHOLE NEW STAFF TEAM AND WHOLE NEW MANAGERS ! current staff are rude & lazy ! And let me not start with UNDERCOOKED patties ! Several times my meat patti was red !

Going inside a gentleman greeted us pleasantly. The cashier was in the dining area fussing at another employee. When it was suggested by another employee she wait on us she got angry. She gave us dirty looks the whole time. The hamburger was raw inside and had a hair on it. The fries were cold and soggy. The chili had large chunks of hamburger in it. The tables were dirty. There was no one inside but we had to search for the cleanest one. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

When you walk in you smell the carpet. Then the manger was fussing at the work about missing money. And had made the cashier count the money when customers want to order and the food is nasty. I wish they left Burger king across the street from Wendy's. Wendy's use to be clean an welcoming. Now it just went down hill for not being clean and slow service and not having good food. And a terrible filthy nasty bathroom smell like straight up pee. This is the reason why they don't have customers that want to eat here.

If I could give them less than 1 * I would! We stood there for roughly eight minutes no one came to wait on us! They were worried about the drive-thru and not the customers in the store! The people behind us have been standing there for 15 minutes and were waiting for their order! Another guy walked out when we did because we were tired of waiting! This is the worst Wendy's I've ever been in!

My colleague ate lunch here today and the attitude of the employer that took her order was absolutely terrible. As a customer that is spending your hard earned dollars at an establishment, you shouldn't feel anything but welcomed and this was not the case. The smug look on his face was evident that he could care less about the customer service that he gave. Customer satisfaction should be a number one priority rather than an option to not provide it at all. We are very disappointed and we will take this further to get results because nobody should experience this type of treatment.
