Mcdonald's

Worst experience ever at this location. Went through drive up, man cut me off so all others were put of order and folks behind me were not able to advance. Had a coupon, and STATED THAT WHEN I ORDERED, but when I arrive to pay , I could see that the guy was having difficulty figuring it out. I paid in cash and was surprised of my amount. He charged for the free item also! No use arguing and holding up everyone else. I just pulled forward and picked up my order. I know the owner of this store personally, Mr. John Link and I know that he would want only the best for his customers . Regardless of the poor cashier service, the food was good as usual.

Everytime I go there or have a big order. I try to be understanding but when everytime you go there something gets screwed up and I have to go in to get something them something isn't right with that. Especially if it's something big like 4 milkshakes... A whole combo. Whatever the case is, it's always something. Not all but some of the people there are just rude I mean they are just short of saying "what you want" On the intercom. Unprofessional and just overall a bad place to go. Didn't used to be that way.

This is the worst McDonald's i have ever been to. They always mess up something although I told ATLEAST 5 different people how I wanted my food/drinks. For example they made my frappe wrong 4 times even though I gave them step by step instructions on how I wanted it made then put iced coffee in it, my dr pepper did not have the frappe ice the first time i asked for it dude legit looked at the regular ice put a lid on and handed the drink to me right after he asked what the special request was, my nuggets tasted like they recooked old ones, my bacon smokehouse was wrong twice and after i finally got it right the chicken was tough like it had been sitting there for hours and it had slim to none of the bacon sauce on it. My fries did not have the salt as request but seemed as they had been sitting for a while because they were hard and cold! And the general manager eric is always rude along with all the girls that work on the front line. So as of today i will not be coming back to this location. And i advise you dont either. And when you ask for their corporate number they give you the wrong number and act like you're in the wrong. John link needs to adress his management ASAP. If you want REAL tasty and FRESH food I suggest the McDonald's across from Academy owned by Christine Nevant on highway 70. Will always be satisfied!!!

My husband and 3 of our 4 kids went here yesterday and got 40 nuggets, a #3 large combo and my husband asked for 2 mcchickens, we were charged for all of it but they failed to give us our mcchickens and the drive through was wrapped around, workers were very unpleasant when my husband asked if he could get them. He was told to wait. So we waited 10 minutes and he never got them, they forgot we were even there.
