This place shocked me. Even though you alot of money here its so worth it. The customer service here was excellent,very speedy and pleasant servers but also the food is always hot and enjoyable. It shocked me what all they served besides roast beef. I suggest the turkey sandwich. All their meats are cooked fresh no processed meat and never old. This place was amazing give them a try.

My wife and I ate at KFC Catawba Valley Blvd SE today, March 16th around 11:30am.
The chicken wasn't even warm, not ice cold, but certainly not warm.
We couldn't finish it because when we got down lower in the pieces, they were
blood red...not cooked enough. Yuck !
The corn was old, burned and wasn't edible.
My biscuit was old, cold, broken apart, and terrible.
There were no spoon/forks to be found.
We could hear the help shouting for certain kinds of food they were out of and the
cooks replying it would be out , one in 12 minutes and the second time 7 minutes.
ON A SUNDAY NEAR LUNCH TIME?
Give me a break.
This and the time before that wasn't good.
We won't be back.
Something needs to be done at the KFC.
It's terrible.

Actualy. This. Was. One. Of. The. Worst visits..i. Ever had here. Waited. 9 mins in drive through. After placing my order.once i reached. The window..theattendent replied. No dark meat..at. This time..had to take. What was offered..or. Try a different. Store. I have. Been. Here. Many. Many. Times. In. The past..never recieved. This. Bad. Of service..ever...i. Shall. Locate. Another. This is a rather interesting store it is slow in customers and lacking product ready understandable that they would lack product and most of the KFC's that I've gone too usually get more customers and are often more crowded ill rate this store a 3 out of 5 stars In cleanliness a 2 out of 5 stars for food ready service and a 4 out of 5 stars for general service overall I am very happy with the store

Went to get my free order, as they messed my order up the first time. I was there 30 minutes for 3 sandwiches. This was due to the fact that 3 orders were filled wrong while I was waiting.
