The staff was very friendly and willing to help us when we needed it! The new mexican pizza along with every other item/food we ordered was well cooked and amazing! I had a great experience at this taco bell and it was wonderful!

I had sat in line at the speaker for 10min and had said hello over and over again and no one would bother to answer! I drove up to the window an as all the workers just stood there and looked and me never even coming to the window sat there are a good 4min as everyone walked past with HEADSETS ON! Had to walk in! Need better employees! WAS NOT UNDERSTAFFED!! After being up there about almost 45 min we get our food and we get a 16$ box of taco hard and soft and they barely have any meat at all! I tried calling and calling 5 times and no answer

Staff at the Taco Bell at 2505 Hwy 70 SE in Hickory always steps up and prepares our orders fast at the drive-thru. We even have special orders but it doesn't slow them down. Our order is always just what we order, the food prepared really well and items are never missing items. At this place, you can count on the Bell!

After moving away from Hickory for almost a decade, I forgot how bad the kids are with cruising and filling up parking lots of Taco Bell and walmart on the weekends.
They kept the cops circling often and cleared the lot out.
Food was fast and correct, I was in a long line and out in less than 10 minutes.
Corporate owned, and doing much better than the franchises in the area.

Not impressed at all. I understand having to use the kiosks, but I needed to ask a question about where to find water and I saw a lady just standing behind the counter so I said "Excuse me", and she literally turned around and went in the back section. Also, when did the crunch become the size of the palm of a hand?? It barely had anything in the stuffing. What happened to you TACO BELL?? Will not waste my money on Taco Bell any time soon.

Pretty good Taco Bell. They have issues often, it seems, with having some freezes in stock, among other items. But their drive thru is relatively quick most days, and they've yet to give me a wrong order. And I always make very particular mobile orders.

Very bizarre way you have to order your meals now...all on your own through a machine and then someone calls your name when the food is ready. Next I guess you'll have to actually cook your food too. Not impressed!
