Burgerfi

I haven't been to burgerfi in years and figured my family and I could stop in really quick. Staff did greet us but were super friendly and rushed us to order. Upon receiving our food, I was extremely disappointed. My sons hot dog was greasy and burnt and you could obviously tell the fries were not fresh and just heated up in the microwave. The drink station had a puddle in front of it and even though there were three service employees no one had bothered to mop it up, there was simply a wet floor sign up. Overall, for the price it was simply mediocre. I could not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

This place was so good! I wasn’t a fan of the prices but I understand the quality & with price/demand is going to make it more $$ compared to other food places. I loved the onion rings as well. Can’t wait to try other menu items sometime! It was $36 for our food including 2 drinks. *cashiers were very nice& we were greeted as we walked inside.

We always enjoy stopping in at BurgerFi when in Hickory. Our kids love the vanilla custard milkshakes. They give large portions of sides, so be mindful when ordering. We always share french fries. Last visit they gave us cheese on the side by mistake. It was not really enough for all the fries, but we did not ask for more. The have Freestyle machines, so I am happy to get Powerade Zero there instead of soda. Overall we enjoy BurgerFi, but I agree with others that they are a bit pricey.

This place is horrible! Every time we go here, nothing is right. The place is run by kids who don't want to be there, don't know what they're doing, and do the bare minimum. There's never a manager around. Kitchen staff likes to pretend they are the manager when you call to speak with the manager. You can hear them laughing and snickering in the background. They all take cigarette breaks while people wait in the drive thru. Someone just put our order together after eating their own food in the dining room, and didn't bother to wash their hands! Horribly run restaurant. Food isn't worth the high prices, either!!! This trip they made our fries plain, when we paid for the family size truffle fries. Our onion rings were soggy and greasy. My husband says we need to find a new burger joint, because we aren't coming back here.

Ever been to Chic-Fil-A? Who am I kidding, of course you have! You may have noticed the incredibly friendly and professional environment. So this place is the exact opposite of that. Not friendly and not professional. I felt unwelcome in this restaurant. I ate at this location on opening date and it was great! It was great for the first couple years and continuously degraded. This is not a restaurant I will be returning to despite the delicious food. This review earned 2 stars due to the good food and accuracy of my order.

The food was good. A little expensive, but good. We had the beyond meat burger and a regular burger The restaurant was SUPER cold though. Was not very comfortable to sit and eat inside-especially on such a cold day. I also think they could have taken a little more care in making the plastic screens by the register. It looked very rough and homemade making it very unappealing.
