Starbucks

Employee was nice, they were fast and friendly. However, my drink was not very good. I ordered a mango dragonfruit lemonade, there were almost no inclusions and the lemonade taste far overpowered everything. It didn't taste right, or very good to be honest. But it may have been a simple mistake/accident so I would still try again if in the area.

Starbuck is consistent. Everyone complains about the expense, but they keep going back. The Starbucks I visited had the nicest most friendly team members. The service and smile of the team members was wonderful. It felt as if I were truly valued as a customer and my business was truly appreciated. As a result I will definitely try out Starbucks near me and not just save a visit for a special occasion.

Update: my 1 star still stands. I’m appalled by the experience I just had. Sign on their door says they’re open until 6pm. I got there at 4pm. Every single one of their doors are locked. Myself and two other young ladies were standing outside and peeking in as the cafe is full of people and associates are behind the register. A woman came to the door and said due to being short staffed they “just closed” the cafe. I asked that since there are people still there if I could please come in because I had walked over to treat my entire team with a late afternoon pick me up. She told me no but I could go through their drive through. THIS MAKES NO SENSE. I’ve now spent 30 minutes trying to get coffee. Probably the most unfriendly and unprofessional Starbucks I’ve ever been in. The team doesn’t acknowledge guests or speak politely. When I made my way to the counter, I was greeted with “Alright?” by the young man working the register. I got in line at 2:11pm and didn’t get my drink until 2:29pm. They need better direction and coaching.
