Taco Bell

Dec 7th visit: I do not eat meat. When I ordered and requested black beans instead the gal seemed shocked and then irritated. Very little customer serviceand just seemed to want to get it over with. Was a little nice at the window but again, very little customer service. I'm noticing that a lot on the east coast, because if they acted like that back home they'd be fired for not being friendly to customers. Anyways, idk what they thought this was (pictures), but it was a mess when I opened it and the food did not get damaged in the vehicle as it sat still the entire ride. There was barely any brand on any item and very little tomatoes. Sad looking food for sure... I hope y'all gain more customer service sense, be more friendly, and don't seem irritated when a paying customer wants a modification. Other than this mess of a visit, the taste of the food was good.

I still love taco bell but this time I got a surprise in my burrito supreme. A hard pieced of white plastic. Like off the end of a handle or something. Took it in and made an incident report and was hoping they would at least look for something that matched up to it. That didnt happen. They pretty much blew us off and took some info on a piece of paper.

My boys wanted to go to Taco Bell for lunch today. It wasn't busy. In fact there was only one other customer besides us. After we stood there for about 15 minutes confused as to why we hadn't had our order taken yet one of the employees turned around and said are y'all ready to order and I was like sure we are we've been standing here for a while. This employee then proceeded to at a kiosk behind me and tell me that if I wanted to order I could do it there. He then turned around and continued whatever it was he was doing. He was very rude about it to begin with. Nobody ever acknowledged that we were even in the building. What happened to hospitality at these restaurants and fast food places? Nobody knows how to be nice anymore. I was ready to go of course, but my boys insisted that they had to eat Taco Bell. It only took us 28 minutes to place our order on the kiosk. It wouldn't have taken the employee 5 minutes to take our order at the register. I don't think I'll be back to this particular Taco Bell.
