Dunkin'

I go to this Dunkin all the time and the coffee is always good. however, everytime i order food its freezing cold. I order the bagel bites, bagels, and avacado toast and its never good. Its still frozen to the point that i cant eat it. I always throw them away lol. Please review with associates how to cook food.

E State Street Dunkin 8 PM shift staff today are my heroes!!! They returned my wallet that I left the day prior and I had no idea it was there because we always go in the drive thru except for yesterday. Thank you SO much! And thanks for the personal touch of knowing who I was at the speaker to ask if I lost my wallet. I'm legitimately in tears right now, in a good way, thank you so much. We love you! Thanks for being kind to idiot savants with ADHD! Oh the sweet cream cold brew is the bomb.

I am, well was a daily customer but every single time I go there anymore they never have the machine working to make my fiances frozen mocha. We go during the day at a decent hour, there's no excuses why the machine couldn't be cleaned and ready to go. Clean it or whatever in the middle of the night when there's less business. Then, I always get a large iced coffee with cream, sugar and caramel swirl. They almost always forget to put something in it and give me like 5 ice cubes. I should not have to request extra ice for less product. It's common sense to put enough ice in a large. The coffee is still warm from barely any ice! Gross.

Delicious donuts special for Valentines day ! Only complaint, was paying cash & clerk didn't have any one dollar bills, so she gave me $3.00 in quarters for change ! If she had told me she didn't have any ones, I would have used my bank card & not used cash. She never said a word until she returned the change & then said she was sorry, she didn't have any ones !

The manager rang up our order wrong and charged us for two of the same drink. When we told the girl at the window he got an attitude when she asked him to fix it and yelled "they said two" when we clearly didnt. He then rang up the whole order all over again and charged us twice without refunding the first order. He then threw a fit about having to reprint the refund receipt so we could have a copy of it. After all was sadi and done we start driving and realize none of the donuts in the bag were what we ordered.

We stopped to get hot chocolate since they usually have the best around. We ended up with colored hot water and no whipped cream like we asked for. When my husband went back in to tell them it had no flavor only hot water he was informed they make it with water…. Which we knew.. they took the cups from him, gave him 2 cups back with lukewarm water, whipped cream and so much chocolate mix it had chewy chunks. It’s not hard to make hot chocolate or be kind and give people good service but apparently at this location it’s a challenge.

Just had my boyfriend go through the drive thru to pick me up a Boston Kreme donut.. He ordered it and I got someone else’s sprinkled donut. I worked here and this was an issue then to. Just please watch that you’re handing out the right stuff! I’m pregnant and have wanted a boston kreme all week. Huge let down.
