Pizza Hut

I ordered the $11.99 dinner box, with an additional order of cheese sticks. They didn’t take orders over the phone so I ordered online. The app said 30-45 minutes for delivery, but it took 1 hr and 17 minutes to get here. It was cold and full of grease. The crust was burnt, and the breadsticks had a slight odor, with a greenish- yellow color. The cheese sticks were tough, could hardly chew it. All of it was pretty bland. I called the number back and told the gentleman about it, he said the odor was from the butter and seasoning that was used on the breadsticks, to which I responded “okay.” I then told him that it was cold and didn’t taste good and all he done was gave me a $20 credit for my next order. I’m not sure if I ever want to order from them again. I didn’t eat very much of it, it was lousy for the price. ($39.10) They charge for every little thing you add. (Pan crust, extra cheese, etc) This is ridiculous.

To Start off, I will NEVER be returning to this location EVER again. The first thing that went wrong was the fact that i left my coupon at home so they wouldn't give me my discount, this is understandable I don"t have proof of the coupon so they didn't honor it. Oh and by the way im literally 5 minutes away from the store but they wont deliver to my house because I'm literally right outside of their "delivery range".... Really? 5 minutes away? come on.......BUT anyway, when I got my pizza it was wrong. I ordered a ham, bacon, and pineapple on white sauce, when I received it they put pepperoni instead of ham. The manager had it remade. I waited another 20 minutes and they brought my pizza out......AGAIN pepperoni instead of ham.....how do you mess it up 2 times in a row?? The manager then said well i can make you another one and just give you both. I was not about to stand there and wait another 20 minutes so i said no and i took the pizza, as I was walking out the door he said "yeah I figured you didn't want to wait anyway." Really? I didn't order salt with my pizza...so i get home open the box and go to pull a slice off and THE PIZZA WASN'T EVEN CUT!!!!! so i had to cut it myself.....then I ate the pizza.....do you know how bad pineapple and pepperoni tastes together? It's TERRIBLE. Not to mention there was hardly any pineapple or bacon, it was mostly pepperoni on it. NEVER go to this location.

Fast service, friendly staff, always offering deals and coupons. Easily order via multiple routes which all make getting food here nearly effortless. Only issue is they often have the lack of ability to answer calls for whatever reason and once the call is answered I have encountered multiple employees who are not knowledgeable on the deals they offer even the ones that are regularly offered for long periods of time. All staff that is responsible for handling customers orders over the phone should be aware of the deals menu and deals/promotions offered.

The pizza was hot and just tasted marvelous. It has been 10 yrs since I’ve been to Pizza Hut and we were craving that flavor and Pizza Hut delivered the flavor. It was the Mgr.’s first day at that location and I just wanted to mention she was very helpful with information for future deliveries and times available. Great Job! PH! ❤️🌈

The pizza was some of the worst we have ever eaten from Pizza Hut. It was sloppily made, did not have enough cheese, the crust was made from old dough and was extremely tough. Our cheese sticks were not cut. Customer service at this location has been declining for years. We have had too many negative experiences at this location and will not be coming back.
