Mcdonald's

Every time i go they mess up my order . I ordered a sausage mc muffin with egg meal with a coffee and 2 additional sandwiches all 3 no egg..... i think that was the last time i spent my hard earned money there.... i know my little money isn't gonna hurt that bussiness but im spending my hard earned money i should get what i ordered!!! Very disappointed

This place is disgusting and the customer service is trash. I ordered a chicken sandwich and in the middle of the sandwich was brown meat and fat . I took the sandwich in to ask them to replace it with a small fry because i didnt want another chicken mishap . They began to tell me they couldn’t because i had already ate part of the sandwich but how would i have returned the item un ate and known there was something in the middle of the meat

I went McDonald's this morning with my friend and my mom. We ordered 2 drinks and it was all. As we pulled up to the window to received our order, a Latina lady that works there handed our drinks to my mom very aggressively and shut the window afterwards. My mom let that slide but she wanted her receipt, so we waited for the lady to come back and once she did, my mom asked if she could get her receipt and as the lady went back my mom heard her complain about getting the receipt. When she came back , my mom asked her why she got upset over getting the receipt, the lady talked back and said it was just a piece of paper and didn't understand why my mom wanted it. As my mom tried to reason with her, she told us to get moving and looked the other way. My mom asked for her name and the lady flipped off my mom right afterwards. Her name is Guadalupe and has acrylic nails and wears glasses. Getting mad over a dumb receipt.

We went for breakfast and mobile ordered it. We had 3 orders in total. The staff didn't seem understand we had 3 orders and 1 was even served 10 mins after breakfast actually ended, even tho my husband was standing at the counter the whole time trying to communicate the correct order number. Mean while we ate 1 order while waiting for the other order. We are die hard McD's customers, but this location needs some work on handling orders and communicating with customers.
