Cancun Mexican Restaurant

The way that Henderson works, if you like one Mexican restaurant or the other. I am not that partial I will try them all, but I can say Cancun was OK. It appeared that they were understaffed, and things were taking longer than normal. Or what they claimed was normal. Which is fine, but then the order was not correct by the time I got home. The food still tasted OK so there was no need to call back and worry about it, but this will not be a regular for us.

Yooooo! Cancun is my JAM! They seriously have the best cheese sauce, I love their grilled chicken! The fried ice cream is freaking dope! And the staff is super kind and friendly! Sometimes they get your order wrong, but they are always happy to quickly correct it! This is a must go to place every time I’m in town!!

Eaten here since I was a kid. After the experience I had tonight, I will never step foot in there ever again. Half of our to-go order was messed up, we ordered 2 orders of nachos. One of the two were correct. Mind you to drive back to get the order corrected means that the other nacho will be soggy by the time we actually get home to eat. Manager refused to remake the whole order that was a mess up on their end with the exact words “I’m not remaking the whole order because we didn’t mess up the other nacho”. You would think that to save a customer that has been eating their since the restaurant opened... management would want to save that but no, they are okay with seeing a life long customer go to a different restaurant entirely. Food is great! Gets an A+. Customer service on the other hand gets an F-

Very nice place to eat. Atmosphere was very Mexican and pleasant music playing in the background. Food was good and generous overall. The beans and rice were very bland. The salsa had an unusual favor and was very runny. I ate it but was not my favorite. I would recommend eating here and I might even come back when in town.

Decent food and price. Chips and salsa were better than most places. Ordered steak burrito Kentucky and chicken chimichanga’s. Was disappointed with chimichanga’s as the insides only had chicken with some spicy juices. Would like to see actual onions and peppers inside. Generous portions of rice and beans.
