This place is the worse KFC I have ever been to. 25 minutes in line,in the drive threw. The young girl who took my order got my order wrong. Only one person in front of me so I don't know why it took so long. I ordered a chicken sandwich and said no sauce,so when she repeated the order at the window she says no sauce & no pickles. I told her I wanted pickles so instead of them putting the pickles on the sandwich they where in a container thrown in the bag. I paid with a card and after she gave me my food she started to shut the window and I had to tell her to give me my card back. The chicken sandwich barely had any batter on it. It was as if they didn't dip it in any batter. I took a picture so you can see it.

I would give no stars if I could. We ordered 2 meals in the drive thru and they asked us to go park and wait for them to bring it out. After about 10 min my husband went in. He waited 10 more minutes in the store before someone would even acknowledge him. There were a bunch of other unhappy customers already standing around in there waiting for their food as well. Finally got the food about 30 minutes after ordering and not so much as a sorry for the wait. Oh also they forgot cookies and sauce. We haven't been to this store in about 6 months because we had slow service several times in a row. We decided to give them another chance. Our mistake. Management doesn't care. Won't be back.

Been coming to this place for 15 years and I’m done after tonight. It’s been getting progressively worse with each passing year, and tonight I’ve finally had it with them. Waited 30 minutes in line at the front counter with one person in front of me. Employees were wandering around and mostly just concentrating on the drive thru. One was on her phone. When they took my order, it took another 25 minutes to make it, so 55 minutes before I sat down to eat. Not a single table in the restaurant was clean. The mashed potatoes had white flaky stuff in them, kind of like it’s made from dry potato flakes that weren’t mixed properly. The bathroom had no paper towels and no soap. Water in the bathroom sink was either very cold or scalding hot. Yeah, I’m done with this place.

I will NEVER go back to this place again! This could be the worst fast food meal I have ever had. In the picture in my sandwich, the bread was hard and old, the chicken was WAY over cooked and an odd grey color. I fed it to dogs but tore off the ends cause they were so burned! I’m shocked they actually sold this to me.
