"Awesome Service!!" The nice Gentleman that was working at 11AM on February 4th when I went to pick up my order was friendly, organized, and quick with our order. I really hope that he gets recognized for this, especially after I've read all the other bad reviews at this location. The pizza and wings tasted great and I was very impressed with service. Thank you!!

Only two people working there today (Friday), and only one of them cooking. And she was going really slow. 20 minutes after my online order was supposed to be ready I asked for an update. They said they had forgotten about it and asked for me to wait another 20 minutes. I cancelled the order, looks like frozen pizza tonight. Not the first time I've been disappointed by this location

Hit or miss. The other day I placed my order 1.5-2 hours in advance and they completely forgot my order. People who ordered hours after me got their food before me. I heard them say they made the wrong number of pizzas. They could have at least given me someone elses pizza since i placed my order so far in advance but they made me wait until last and didn't even apologize or offer a discount. Thanks for making my child's birthday party a disaster by making me 30 minutes late. This is the closest little caesars to me and my kids love pizza one day every week, but I think we will go elsewhere.

If I could leave zero stars, I would! Placed and paid for my order online. On pick up ... my order was not in the Hot Box, nor was it ready. As I waited, 3 walk-in customers stopped in for Hot & Ready .... NOTHING AVAILABLE for them. Counter person rudely said 15 minutes ... which sounded a lot like 50 minutes. All 3 potential customers left. After several minutes, I was able to ask where my order was, but I could plainly see it was all collecting up at the end of the conveyor belt; Uncut, getting cold, not boxed! She reluctantly started to gather up my order, no spicey cheese sauce, they were out. Since I had paid online, couldn't get a refund, I got stuck having to take 2 tiny packets of Ranch Dressing, of which I had a big bottle at home .... C'mon a buck a piece!! Pizza was cold, not warm or room temperature. Top of pizza baked fine, underside was underbaked and doughy! I REMOVED their App from my phone and WILL NEVER order this pizza again!
