Love Carl's burgers, they are pretty consistent all over the country, this location seems to be a little bit better than others in terms of customer service and quality of the food. The place is always clean, plenty of parking as it shares lot with many other retail establishments. The drive thru is usually pretty fast. Tried the primal Angus burger today, was very good and super filling, I was barely able to finish the sandwich in her large fry.

Only one soda machine working & of course it was the one with diet & not what we wanted. Took 20min to get our food. Our order was wrong. We asked for honey mustard, the girl goes to get it, comes back & says they don't have any. The staff was great! They were very friendly & if this was based solely on my interaction with the staff, 5 stars. However, so many other issues. Including a truck parked sideways preventing me from parking in the closer handicap parking space. Made it very inconvenient for me & my dad who has Parkinson's.

Worst location! Customers beware… you will enter what looks to be a short drive thru line… order and pay and then asked to pull around and wait for your food for 30-45 minutes (not exaggerating) and then they will get confused on which order is yours. That was the first time when I had my screaming baby in the car along with melting groceries. 2nd and last time I attempted to go there same thing happened and before I ordered asked if I will have to pull around and wait for my food which they said yes and blames staff shortage. Yes you’re short staffed because your management and location sucks! Should be shut down. I doubt they clean properly since they can’t even make your food properly and then you have employees arguing with each other in front of customers! No thanks!!

Moderate sized order in the drive thru, 2 bogo burgers and an order of onion rings. Waited an additional 15 minutes by the front door for two Cold Famous Stars, and the onion rings tasted like they've been fried twice! Very disappointed, this happens every time I visit this location. Too expensive to be receiving COLD FOOD. The lady who took my order was very polite and friendly, and aside from being cold, she got my order right. I won't be spending money here anymore.

Yesterday we came to this location and had a great experience 😁 there was a slight miscommunication with my order however the team got right on it and did everything they could with a smile to make it right. it really was a small mistake but man they got right on it and took care of us! Thank you guys we will definitely be coming back to this location and recommend it to our friends and family 😎
