Burger King

I literally just asked for napkins and the cashier looked at me and said, "NO." It wasn't just a casual "no." It was very abrupt and rude. I've had bad customer service in the past, but this was unique. It was so unique that I've never written a review about a place until now. If any management is reading this (since I didn't catch the employee's name), it was a 350-400lb lady.

I would give zero stars if possible. I review many places for Google and consider myself a pretty unbiased reviewer, but the customer service here is horrendous. I brought in my cup for my free coffee refill ( you get one and they mark the bottom to ensure you don't try to scam them which is fine) but she insisted on charging me for a new cup and no amount of logic was going to penetrate her small mind. I tossed the empty on the counter since it was now useless to me and she accused me of throwing the cup at her. I got my cup of coffee and apologised for hurting her feelings which was in no way heartfelt. I just don't like making people feel bad and these days everybody's offended by the tiniest little thing. By the way they offer a senior discount on coffee but only for the small size. Don't they make like 20 dollars an hour now? (Yes I'm exaggerating).

I couldn't find my receipt however, tonight my family and I received the BEST SERVICE EVER tonight. We drove off without our chicken fries and i believe she is the manager but she ran out and we heard some yelling and it was her coming out with our chicken fries. Thank you to her our son would have been upset. Not tonight! She's always working hard at her job. I see her all the time.

Found foot fungus in my burger was still good would eat again. Number 15: Burger king foot lettuce. The last thing you'd want in your Burger King burger is someone's foot fungus. But as it turns out, that might be what you get. A 4channer uploaded a photo anonymously to the site showcasing his feet in a plastic bin of lettuce. With the statement: "This is the lettuce you eat at Burger King." Admittedly, he had shoes on. But that's even worse. The post went live at 11:38 PM on July 16, and a mere 20 minutes later, the Burger King in question was alerted to the rogue employee. At least, I hope he's rogue. How did it happen? Well, the BK employee hadn't removed the Exif data from the uploaded photo, which suggested the culprit was somewhere in Mayfield Heights, Ohio. This was at 11:47. Three minutes later at 11:50, the Burger King branch address was posted with wishes of happy unemployment. 5 minutes later, the news station was contacted by another 4channer. And three minutes later, at 11:58, a link was posted: BK's "Tell us about us" online forum. The foot photo, otherwise known as exhibit A, was attached. Cleveland Scene Magazine contacted the BK in question the next day. When questioned, the breakfast shift manager said "Oh, I know who that is. He's getting fired." Mystery solved, by 4chan. Now we can all go back to eating our fast food in peace.
