Wendy's

I’m normally not a “glass half full kind of guy” but this is ridiculous ! I don’t understand how I keep getting less than half full containers of bbq sauce it’s Pretty odd to me... coincidence? Maybe I’m supposed to stop smoking? Because of the hence -Smokey flavor ??!!?? Anyway just had to post this because it happens all to frequently in recent times for no odd reason can someone explain ?

I ordered baconnator fries or however it's spelled. That's not the point. The point is I ordered extra cheese and there was not extra. The fries were cold and there was some bacon that looked liked someone grabbed a few pieces then tore it up and threw it on top. I started moving it around thinking i was gonna mix my fries and cheese and it's dry. Never again at this Wendy's. You get no 2nd chance to spoil my meal.

I have to say this was my best experience at this Wendy's EVER. I was greeted promptly. Order was taken in an orderly fashion. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands came back out and food was ready. Ordered 5 biggie bag. Food was fresh, tasted great. Still not 100% if I will go back or not due to some many negative experiences in the past. Definitely stepped it up today though.

I honestly don't believe you can beat the value for your dollar at Wendy's. Their problem is an industry-wide problem. Their offering wage doesn't pay the bills. I understand that it's very hard to compete with entities like Walmart paying young people and old people alike $16 an hour to pick and bag other people's groceries. That problem creates the problems that customers are seeing and feeling when they try to shop here. Most people are patient don't mind waiting 5 to 10 minutes at the counter for somebody to take an order. But then you have others that just leave pulling their hair out. Like I said, I love Wendy's. Great product, great food. Biggest problem for them is finding people that'll work for the money they are offering.

Wait time in this location is always 3 cars 2 to 5 min at the window before you even get to order. Everytime I come here they messed the order up today I ordered 2 4for4 and a chicken sand blt I received 2 double stacks my order and of course fries were cold buns don't get cooked anymore overall just messing the name up

FAILURE TO PROVIDE SERVICE. UPDATE: I gave them 2 more chances out of long-term loyalty and "convenience" on my way to work. This happened again the SECOND & THIRD time (granted I only let these people waste my time a total of 3-5 each visit before leaving the silent window). Either shut this location down or hire competent employees who are willing to work for their paycheck. I've been in line almost 20 minutes. When I got to the window there was no response for 5 minutes so I said hello. The girl working said "I'll be with you as soon as I can." I asked how long that would be since I had to get to work and got no response. 3 minutes later she came back on and asked what I wanted and as soon as I started speaking she said, "hold on" and left. In total, she wasted 25 minutes while waiting for her to take orders and then she just disappeared. I used to like this location. Not getting any more of my cash. Bye, Felicia. To the manager of this location, this happened between 9:24 and 9:51 AM on December 13th period deal with your "employee".
