Salsa Latina

Delicious latin food to go. I asked for Cuban Sandwich, Pan con Ropa Vieja, empanadas, papas rellenas, everything it's tasty. This papa rellena had just ground beef different I have tried before with ground beef, carrots, peas, sometimes potatoes, raisins, etc, but it's ok. Also I asked for the special of the month, it's 3 tacos for $5 and everything is recommended. I'm gluten intolerant so it was difficult to me find something to eat there so I just took food out to my family.

Absolutely THE BEST cuban sandwich I have ever eaten! The freshest of ingredients were expertly pressed inside some of the tastiest bread EVER! The portion was enormous, and definitely enough for at least two to share. I highly recommend Salsa Latina and am looking forward to trying a spinach and cheese empanada next time, which the friendly owner suggested. You can get them fried OR oven baked! An order of nicely crispy thin cut fries rounded out my order! Can't. Wait to return!!

So glad we found this place!! No fast food here. Fantastic Cuban and Argentinian fare made from scratch. We tried numerous quick bites and the Argentinian sausage sandwich. Everything was fresh, hot and authentic. The restaurant is spotless and the owners were so friendly and helpful. We highly recommend Salsa Latina and can’t wait to return!

I ordered a milanesa sandwich, a choripan, 6 empanadas and some pastries. Both sandwiches were terrible. They were coated with chimichurri which should be served on the side not on the sandwich. the milanesa should be thin breaded meat, it was too thick. Finally. The empanadas the filling was just cheap ground beef, it should have sauteed onions, green olives, chunks of hard boiled eggs, some people like raisins, none of that was in it. Tasted very bland. Plus I ordered them fried and they were baked The pastries were excellent. Very disappointed at my experience. Being from Argentina, I know how it should be done and that was not it. Will not return

I see why this place has such great reviews. I swung by last week to try out their Cuban sandwich and wanted something to have as a side. The gentleman working was really helpful and earned me that if I got a Cuban, and the papas rellenas, it might be too much food for one person but I ended up getting it. Well... He wasn't lying, the sandwich was waaaaaay bigger than I thought, and the papas were massive too. It was still crazy cheap for everything I got. The Cuban was super good, thick sliced meat with mustard, pickles, etc. Since the papas were like a baseball each and there were two, I ended up just eating it as lunch for 2 days 😂. Good food, the croquettas are really good too.

My husband and I are from New Jersey where there is amazing Latin food everywhere. We recently moved to Las Vegas and were looking for a good place to have Latin food. We found Salsa Latina on google maps and decided to check it out. It was AMAZING! We ordered pastelito de carne, Cuban sandwich, loaded fries, and papa rellena. The pastelito’s were so flaky and the meat so tasty, the Cuban sandwich was so juicy and tasty, the fries delicious, and the papa rellena creamy and flavorful! I also ordered 2 dozen pastelito’s for my husbands birthday weekend in Arizona! Live this place! 5 stars ⭐️

Really good food. The chicken empanadas were perfect. I really enjoyed the beef too. We also had a guava dessert pastry that was also fantastic. Talking with the owner (or i assume he's the owner) and i found him to be a very nice man. The place is clean and quant. You can see the pride on the business. And the prices are very reasonable too. If you're looking for south American food without the fillers, this is the place.
