Four Star Fabulous! What can I say? This is the first time in over 2 years that my order wasn't completely messed up every time I've bought food at every Carl's Jr. Ive visited! Not only did they get my order exactly right, they were fast, efficient and very polite! Wonderful customer service and I left with a big ol' smile. This location rocks! Great Job!

I don’t typically have an issue with this restaurant. I have been to this location about 4 times in a year. The employees are always nice… but every time I drive by it it is always dark and you can’t tell if it’s open or not. Last night though…. As I was waiting for my food in the drive thru I saw this huge mouse or rat run across the drive thru in front of me and then ran back towards the building. It made me really sick to my stomach. I am really hoping they don’t have rats or mice inside the kitchen! I don’t think I will be back because of this. Think I will just stick to in and out or steak n shake if I need a burger fix.

This store manager is TRASH. I have come here a few times, and every interaction with the manager seems to be a horrible experience. This time I went, ordered the double bacon burger with no lettuce, secret sauce, pickles, or lettuce, and the order taker was a little confused so I said just the meat cheese mayo and bacon. She put in plain add mayo, and so I got meat, cheese, and mayo. When I brought it back the manager was extremely rude, said I ordered it plain, when I tried to explain what happened she completely cut me off and wouldn't let me speak, went back to the cook and told her I ordered it plain but wanted bacon on it. She had such an attitude, and tried to not give me my receipt back. To top it off I didn't try my drink until I got back to my office, and it is gross, there is no syrup in it and it tastes like soda water, not a coke. This MANAGER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED. SHE IS RUDE ALWAYS.

I’m not sure when, but things have really changed at this location. I used to come here all the time months ago and came back a few days ago and was extremely disappointed. The doors hours say 6am but all the doors were locked. Simone let us in then was scolded by another coworker for letting us in. Also the cook was audibly annoyed and complained that we were there, then proceeded to tell us that they couldn’t make anything except for breakfast but no fries or hash browns. Overall this is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Carls JR location. Me and my other coworkers were really bothered and will not be returning here. The only person with a hint of customer service was the younger male cashier, but too bad he had a horrible coworkers/manager.

The store was very dirty. Trash on the floor and on the counter, Service was bad at first, The girl working the front ignored us for about 5 minutes. The Manager eventually took our order. Took 15 minutes to get food and they were out of barbeque sauce. Couldn't you tell us when we ordered? Food service is getting worse and worse.

sat in drive thru for 10 minutes, asked a few times if anyone was there, finally someone came online and said the exact phrase "I'm having a rough day and can't take your order right now ".....bro I get it. maybe not take a job in service tho... not sure if the 5 cars behind me were so understanding.
