Chuck E. Cheese

This Location had great customer service when I attended. It was not too crowded and I was able to move about freely. I think the games can be spaced out a bit more provided how much open space there is that doesn’t seem to go to use, or if they would use that space to have a mini trampoline space or something or that nature as I’ve seen at other Chuck E Cheese. Also, there were several games that didn’t have the equipment needed to operate(missing balls/hockey pucks), but there’s no signage to says so and you may end up wasting tickets/time.

Was invited for my daughter's friend's birthday. Parking is very easy there is an entire lot. When you came inside it was easy to see where the child's birthday party was. It had her name and a chuck e cheese theme. Food was good and drinks was endless. The kids got stuff crust pizza. There wasn't a happy birthday Singing... And no cake. But the dessert was interesting. Little cups of ice cream pebbles. Each guest gets unlimited access to the games until the party is over. There wasn't a lot of variety in games. But just enough to keep kids occupied and interested. The overall kindliness was decent. It's hard to keep everything under control when multiple parties are going on at once. The bathroom needs to be worked on. There was no soap. Another thing I found very disappointing.. There were no sanitizing stations. The only thing that matter was my daughter and her friend having a wonderful time. They definitely did and the picture booth was awesome. I will definitely recommend if you're looking for a quick get together with the kids. We all had fun as a family!

Just cuse of this LADY (LORENDA) i even bothered to give a review .... come to this location once in a blue moon but usually go to the one in queens or Hicksville as i have family there but this visit here this time started with humble, down to earth & professional lady ..... I hope more can b like here in this world to make other people's lives a bit better by their humble attitude.... I wish I could give the staff at this place 10 stars. I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is always so friendly. Whoever does the hiring has a good eye for good people. I took my grandson Saturday, ordered the pizza right away as I know it takes 1/2 an hour. The woman at the counter was smiley and friendly. Talked to a guy because the skeet ball machine took some points off and didnt work. He immediately put up an out of order sign. We got our points back. The woman at the ticket counter being trained by the woman at the front desk, also very friendly and patient. Tickets are a really big deal to kids. Very nice worth ethic, clearly good management, very nice kid environment. My grandson was sad that they took out the slide/tunnel. I guess that was a covid thing=( He said that was his favorite part, kept saying it in the way home. I hope it comes back.
