A good store and friendly staff but the Vanillla Coke tasted like contaminated soda water, there was basically no flavour in it. The staff made another which was the same so they gave me a regular coke instead.

This is our favourite McDonald's in a shopping centre layout! Reasons are, the staff are always friendly, the meals are the freshest in comparison to other local franchises & they make amazing Almond milk Latte's (actually better than Zaraffas in my opinion).
It is located at the rear left of the Westfield's Helensvale food court, if you come through the entrance where the Waxd store is.
It is very convenient to the outdoor seating & kids playground area also, or plenty of comfortable indoor seating! 10/10

Nice Bacon egg Mc muffin and Hash brown.
It would be nice if Mcdonalds offered a free small drink or coffee like HJs.

The customer service and food here is pretty poor. I ordered a Chocolate Sundae with my meal last time I came here and by the time the rest of my meal was ready my ice-cream was melted and looked like a cup of milk. I am shocked that they were willing to let me walk away with the ice-cream being fully melted. I ended up saying geez that melted alot and the girl threw it out and got another girl to make me my sundae. The ice-cream machine stopped working surprise surprise so I ended up asking for a refund.

Maccca’s used to do well back then but now, I rarely ever go to THIS Maccas anymore. Kept getting my order wrong when I ask for simply no lettuce on my burger but they keep putting it in anyway. And it looks and taste poorly made as the chicken i keep getting dry and hard to bite through. As harsh it may sounds, I’d rather go to another McDonalds than this place

Never have enough staff on. Lots of people waiting for their orders close to each other with no social distancing. Slow service.

McDonald's here is always pretty busy. The food is fresh and the customer service is really good. The place is kept really clean, the cleaners do a great job. There is plenty of seating and a kids play area outside if you need somewhere for the kids to play. The food court is right in the middle of westfield so takes 5mins to walk there. Worth checking out if you need food.
