I was out of town and in a hurry so I was hoping that this BK would not be as bad as the ones I went to in Louisville. I was wrong. I think every BK does not know how to serve hot food. Had to wait until I could microwave it to eat it. Not a fan of cold egg and cheese.

They messed my order up. It was not a big deal. My friend took it in to get it fixed. They remade my sandwich. When my friend came walking out, he handed me my whopper. A employee came out the door yelling. Words were exchanged about the lady that had helped him. The second sandwich was hot and delicious

Awful business to be serving such a nice community. My wife just off a 16 hour nursing shift and you couldn't even give her a warm burger?! And LITERALLY 12 fries in the container. If you hate your job just quit. Why ruin your place of business in a decent community by handing out cold food?

First time meal was ice cold and when I got home I discovered the whopper wasnst a double which was ordered and billed for. Called manager replaced order and AGAIN Was not how it was ordered

Ever since Burger King started offering impossible whoppers, we've been eating here at least once a week. The staff are always professional and friendly and our food is well prepared. We will keep getting drive-through here regularly.

In the past I have had to wait a while for food but everyone always nice and friendly.
Today I went through with the family and ordered large party bundle from the app. After a little confusion ordering because of the broken screen outside.... The food was surprisingly fast and in our hands in just a couple minutes with a thank you and have a great day.
Also, everything was correct even though we had some changes (no onions, etc). We were pretty impressed overall and the fries were hot and fresh.... Very good experience!

Another night driving up to a closed building. work night shift down at Amazon and this is my only option for food. Please change your available times if it's not correct.
