Bistro Danielle

Family of six. Lots of different things ordered. Pizza was great. Burgers were good. Thai shrimp bowl was good. Buffalo wings cooked a little too hard. Shrimp cargot was AMAZING! Could've eaten two of those. Cobb salad was meh. Barely any dressing. Lava cake was one of the best I've had. Service was great from the waitress just a little slow. But the kitchen may be short staffed.

I must say that I was pleasantly surprised eating here. The food was good, not just for a hotel bistro, but overall. We had the crab cakes, previously frozen but cooked well over a bed of spinach, a french onion soup, which was hearty and had the right amount of cheese, a tuna sandwich, mushroom with bleu cheese burger and the lava cake dessert with black raspberry ice cream. The food was good but really the best part of the place was Lynn. She was engaging, fun and knowledgeable. Just ask about Graeter's ice cream and you will learn something. She was really a fun part of the experience of eating here and recommend this place on her alone. She was efficient and not all in our space but felt comfortable. If you're here and have time, spend some time in the Bistro with Lynn.

This is the kind of place that you only eat out when your flight is diverted. They charged 24 bucks for a hamburger and a beer. The hamburger was the worst that I have probably ever had. You would think that the national chain like Hilton would insist on better execution by their staff, but apparently not.My advice would be to eat dinner at the airport.
