I’m shook. Just found a small LIVE cockroach in my hot food. They audaciously claimed the roach may had been in my vehicle before giving me a cash refund on my debit purchase; what an insult. I assume it was hiding/dormant in the cold spinach as that was the only ingredient picked up as a clump.
About 20 minutes after purchase roachy came crawling out as I opened the white sandwich paper. It was frantically running back and forth between the bread!! Not the worker’s fault. They’re typically polite and kind.
I informed a few bystanders to spread awareness.

Service was fine. Food was ok. Pretty sure they changed ownership about a year ago. The policy now seems to be to put as little in the sandwich as possible. If you order for delivery, you will get skimped.

WORST BAD...!!! DONT GO EVER... We bought 2 footlong sandwiches and dey were showing attitude in redemption of the coupon... Even didn’t allow us to use restroom saying it’s not working... READ REVIEWS and understood dis guys are not allowing any1 to use restroom since more den 6 months... SHAME..!!!!

They dont offer discount on long foot.and never keep to usual open time.hot there at 10.10am and was told to wai for an extra 30mins when the site says opens at 10am.. So unproffessional.

Everyone here is damn right....they should shut down this subway.the owner needs training in customer service....1st she charges you exorbitant prices wich do not match the prices on display....wen I questioned she got mad at me instead....ordered a kids meal and a foot long with chips and drink and told her specifically that I want a meal...so after paying for everything wen I found out that she charged me everything separately instead of making it a meal...even the kids meal she charged me everything separately instead of charging for a meal....I questioned her why she did that she was like I don’t have any toys that’s why I charged like that...okay if you don’t have a toy you should tell me before I started ordering the meal...then she was constantly arguing and giving stupid explanations while we sat with our meals called me rude...and what not ....finally I decided to get up and leave...avoid this place at all costs....on top of that she was not wearing any employee dress or name tag....soups were not ready..they were getting soup in a bowl from the back of the cooler every time anyone ordered it....breads were stale....she ruined a family lunch outing...I was with my wife n kids....she even argued with my wife....and my kid was disheartened because she said she did not have any toys with the meal....after all this I just left the place ...she was constantly returning to our table to argue.....

She said the bathroom isn't working. As I am customer is against the law to hide the bathroom on costumers. If I can give less than one star I should do.
