This Wing Stop has its moments, stop touching hinges in the restaurant with the same same rings your grabbing chicken with! I tell you the employees should be a bit more compassionate and kind. There is a lot nasty employees with horrible attitudes, very rude not too mention incorrectly making orders. For the third, fourth time now it’s been all bad for me, still give them the benefit the doubt ONLY because I know how it is working in this industry I decided to give them another try, not one more time but two -3 more times and they failed terribly. Fresh is fresh and made to order, well done not burnt or dry, extra sauce and seasoning means and more don’t take away, I did not order plain chicken wings, then charge me additional for sauce when I order 30 wings with one flavor, for real are you serious, imma need a refund! With all the youngsters and crew in there it should always be clean, no ants, no garbage on the floor, no crowds doing nothing but eating in the back, if you wanna work show it and give good service

Terrible customer service the make me a half an hour the are racism the 3 employee the are serving first there same mexican people than other asian and other culture who came first and order food. and fries look burn. and taste salty

The workers here play too much while pulling their masks down to talk and laugh over the food. They also don't use gloves and have terrible/sketchy customer service. If a random illegal purchase comes up on my man's card we're coming back and it's going to be a problem for the guy who assisted me at the register.

This restaurant through it was cool to give me these old fries.never returning again...cold to the touch looks and feels like they have been sitting there allday

The wings & fries were hot & ready when we picked up our food...in & out & enough time to enjoy our lunch.

Look I’m so tired coming here and they keep messing up my food I ask well done and the chicken was barely cooked I mean come on and the sauce and sessions was barely put on so poor and I’m so tired I didn’t even bother going back after leaving and living 15 minutes away I will never come here again I just want refund I’m over wing stop they don’t care and cook food to fast snd below safety standards

Manager very rude and say 1.50 for an extra ranch. As soon as walk in door u can smell the old oil. Also old oil in food not taste well

I ordered my food over the phone at 5:40. I was told my food would take 10 to 15 minutes. I took 16 minutes to get there and took 2 extra minutes to be helped and was told my food wasn't ready. I waited an extra 15 minutes and finally asked again if the employee to check if my food was ready. Apparently my food was ready it was sitting there the entire time so by the time I got it it was a little bit soggy but it warm. I like to give places chances so I am not gonna completely bust on this one. But I am not gonna lie I was very hangry and bummed
