I never has a single bad meal here...like EVER!. KFC has a solid reputation and I've been eating this meal since I was around 5 years old when my parents brought a 12 piece bucket home back in the 70's and we've been eating this chicken dinner ever since. I ate their signature Crispy chicken sandwich and it doesn't dissapoint.

I was hungry, tired and it was close by. My first visit in years reminded me why I gave up on KFC 25 years ago. Not a healthy option and whether it's a freshly cooked chicken depends on when you get there. DT service was friendly but damn, I'm 53 years old. It matters even more now what I put in my body. KFC is not IT...and there's healthier options. I had fried, crispy, hard, chicken strips. I was hungry, Oh well...live and continue learning.

Service is ok, they forgot to add my biscuits and end up coming back to the store. Not very happy about that.

The fat white guy was very rude if i wasn't sick i woulda complained and cussed him out. Also waited 15mins for 3 famous bowls coleslaw and 2biscuits with no honey or butter or hot sauce.

Worst customer service in Hayward. Literally stood there at the front counter. Employees just sitting in the back talking not doing their jobs. Skip this location its absolutely terrible.

Always good chicken!! Especially the spicy one. Very crispy and enjoyable even if you eat left overs the next day.
