El Pollo Loco

My family and I ordered to go, and they forgot a part of our order. My sister drove back, and once she came back to eat, she found a hair in her burrito. I had to go back again, and informed them but they didn’t seem to care. They didn’t even look in the burrito when I was showing them. There was clearly a red, long hair, the same as the woman in the front giving orders. They didn’t honor what I asked for, so I got another meal in place for the burrito. They also told my sister they didn’t have creamy cilantro sauce when she first ordered, but I received it with the tostada I got. Not sure why they would lie to customers. They all definitely took the whole situation lightly. A hair and two trips back to the restaurant 👎🏻

Ugh. I went through the drive thru and ordered a Fit Bowl, specifically the Double Chicken Avocado Protein Bowl As you can see, I didn't get any Avocado. The whole salad is a pathetic mess. I read something about cauliflower rice? Nope. This is disgusting. Definitely not worth the price. Don't waste your time. The description also said 'power greens' I definitely don't consider iceberg lettuce powerful 😂😂😂💀💀💀. WHAT A RIPOFF

Just be bad , and go to popeyes next door ! . Lol. The drive thru line was soooo long and slow omg. I'm surprised I waited that long , I havent ate here in so long so I was randomly craving it. But it did not hit the spot. They were slow, skimpy on the food , I barely had a tablespoon of rice and beans , 3 sprinkles of cheese., I took of the big glob of sour cream, it didn't have any flavor. And it was $10 ! Smh.

The lady that gave me my order @drive thru charge me and didn't give my card back. She had an attitude when I asked for my free guac n chips that I got for signing up in app. She was in such a rush and I totally forgot. I had to go back to the restaurant and ask for my card when i had already driven to my destination and became aware of not getting a receipt or my card. She didn't even apologize. Bad Customer Service from Ashley. Bad customer service.

I ordered to Double Chicken Tostada Bowls slop Not fit for consumption no leafy green lettuce Ridiculous no double chicken I paid $23.57 I do not have money to give away, I was told they have no black beans, no rice no cheese Bowl was made very triflin and sorry, whoever the cooks is clearly hate their job, it shows, I do not appreciate it, I tried calling 3 times!!!! I keep getting voicemail, I tried contacting Corporate Office in Costa Mesa they’re closedIm mad I spend my money on pure slop, I have read some of the reviews And basically the same experience as myself, I’m going to have to cook Make my own food
