Always great food from Romano’s! On my most recent order, there was a small mistake in one of the dishes. Though they were willing to offer a credit for their mistake, they knew I had really wanted the food. The crew here did the right thing and took the time during a crazed rush before closing and remake the dish, righting the wrong and keeping my business. Something as simple as this will keep me coming back for sure! I’m honesty not sure where these other poor reviews are coming from. These guys deserve much better than that. Fantastic pizza, awesome and meaty subs, and great pasta dishes. Can’t ask for more out of a spot.

Absolutely horrible!! I ordered a large steak and cheese sub and literally over half of the sub is just bread! The bread was rock hard on the ends, and cold. We called to let them know we weren't satisfied and the manager was completely rude, didn't want to give his name and claimed there was a lb of meat! Haha what a joke! This place has completely tanked over the years. We're more than happy not to waste money on less than subpar food from a horrible manager!!!

We used to always get our subs from romanos. They used to be full of meat, ie steak and cheese and roast beef subs. Now they barely put any meat in them! All bread and they aren’t cheap $32 for 2 large 1/2 empty subs . Don’t mind spending money for a sandwich that’s worth it, but not anymore!!! Never will buy from them again! So I called to complain, which I never do, asked for manager. Guy said he was but wouldn’t give his name . Said it was because the rolls are sometimes longer but they put a pound of meat. I seriously doubt it. Finally said his name was “Bobby” he was the owner. Very rude on the phone”what do you want from me “ done!!!

They are fabulous onion rings but don’t ordered the BLT. The bacon Is less to be desired. We ordered delivery, and we’re very disappointed in the BLT. The bacon was undercooked and subpar. I took a photo of the bacon as an example. Very disappointing but their other dishes we hav previously had have been great? Will never order a BLT from this establishment again. I called them to let them know, They were just about to close, and I’m not sure that they will take my feedback under advisement.

Normally have no problems here and am a frequent customer but tonight I ordered two orders of Poutine that rang up at $21 and some change. Shaved Steak and Chicken Finger both w/mozzarella. When we got home one of them did not have the chicken fingers. The person that rang me up didn't give me a receipt and when we called the person on the phone told me they rung it up as a plain poutine. Because of the price I paid this was a lie. As a regular my partner and I essentially order the same thing everytime we've gone. Not impressed.
