Subway

This store has the worst service in Havelock. I've used the app every time I've had Subway I got to the restaurant and it said my order was ready.... They hadn't even STARTED it yet....this was not an isolated incident the first time I ordered with no green peppers as I'm allergic to them got home and unwrapped the sandwich and the first thing that fell out was green peppers ....I called and told the associate as there was no manager there at all...they asked me to come back and exchange it after Driving 20 minutes to get home....i told them the situation and the subway associate said "what do you want us to do about it?".... several times the order has been completely wrong...not even the sandwiches that were ordered....Worst Subway in Havelock, NC

A tall young man greeted me immediately when I entered the establishment. He was attentive to my requests and built an incredible sub sandwich. I had the all american with pepperjack toasted with spinach,tomato,onion,black olives ,cucumber,bell peppers, pickles,mayo,salt & pepper & oregano.Delightful

I came to this subway after leaving the Walmart subway after having a bad experience at the one in Walmart .Anna was great the manager she was awesome and both girls at this subway were very beautiful and kind. I appreciate you girls so much for taking care of me making me feel better the subs were beautifuly made and thank you Anna thank you so much anna for taking care of me like you did Anna really took care of me the customer behind me if he ever see this thank you for offering to buy my food thank to the manager she told me her name im sorry I forgot it but thank for taking care of me what a god sent

Savannah was our person today. The customer ahead of me was so rude and no matter what staff did, she couldn’t be happy. I usually wouldn’t leave a review but I see how quick someone posts a bad experience leaving out their part in it. This customer seemed to be trying to bait staff into a confrontation and even had her phone out to record. I applaud staff for biting their tongue and being able to refrain from responding to this customers demands. It’s obvious when staff has been trained well. Our lunch was made to order and very good and we’ll return.
