Subway

Came in with a group of ten Scouts, and the young men working the counter were extremely helpful, friendly, and patient with the kids. Took the time to explain the sandwiches to them and seemed happy to do the job. Smiling and were professional the whole time. Wish the subway by me was this good. These employees deserve all the credit!

Employees don't know how to wear masks, and they allowed customers to fully not wear masks. They also put meat on a sandwich before cutting it in half, leaving meat in the other half. Not only does that not make sense, that behavior is an issue for people with food allergies or dietary restrictions. Overall, no effort to maintain food safety was made.

went on a Thursday night this week between 5:30 and 6pm. walked in the door only 1 other customer in store, who hadn't even ordered yet, woman behind counters points to him and says he will have 3 foot longs which seems okay until the other worker states that they were out A T PM YOU ARE OUT OF BREAD. DISGUSTED we left and went to tspring Grove store which had a fully stocked bread with more cooking in the oven. while harvard had just put more in the oven .of bread.
