Decent burgers and exceptional service. I must have ordered at least 10 times and I can’t find any fault in it. Burgers served hot and delivered by happy bunch. A few more options and this could be the best burger place in town.

The best deliverable item of food in the town, the buffalo chicken burger.
I’ve had all the smash burgers from here which are top notch, parmos, kebabs etc from other takeaways but, there simply isn’t a better option. Just had another and it’s as good as the first. Keep it going!

Absoloutly delicious food. Staff are lovely . Never see same one tho.. lil American lass I think was amazing she ran about like an headless chicken . Think she could have had some help ... v
But overall we love everything about this place . 1st time my hubbie had been upstairs.and he really liked it x

Great comfort food. Good portion of Nachos starter, did four of us. Mains are delicious, boxed up what we couldn't finish. Great Cheese and chill fries. Real strong garlic sauce with chicken tenders. Good table service for beers too. My only criticism was being sat under a loud speaker we could not talk or hear each other! We ate a left due to this. Would have stayed for a few beers if we could have heard each other.

DING was absolutely the best drinks and dining experience We have had for a very long time! Food was perfection, as the wife is American She is extremely judgemental of American staples, she says “the chilli cheese fries were something right out of Detroit, or Ohio, the wings were cooked and dressed so well that if I closed my eyes I would have felt like I was home!” Very welcoming friendly atmosphere, great place for a good drink, and the food is out of this world!

As a huge Meat Liquor / Market fan, I’ve been let down a LOT by burgers in the NE.
These guys understand fat content.
Hands down the best burger I’ve eaten NE.
Almost had this as 4 stars for the “Billingham Forum Chips” - but they were eaten, and the burger was such a cut above the burger places that have come and gone over recent years I had to give it 5.
