I hadnt been before but my friends went all the time so I popped in with my friend and had a bacon sandwich and a cuppa now I go in all the time as it was a nice bacon sandwich a good cup of coffee nice and clean premises and the staff lovely

I orderd from dots place today for a treat for my mam and dad they have just rang to tell me its the best sunday dinner from an eatery they have ever had .and the lady I spoke to when ordering it vas very helpful and considerate thank you for all you help

Dots place catered for my dads funeral the food was fresh all covered and so much for the money we paid would highly recommend staff very friendly and helpful nothing was to much for them went out of their way to make things go smoothly food presented beautifully thank u to the girls from all the family

A lovely little cafe near Hartlepool town centre. The food is all homemade with particular meals made to order on request, eat in or takeaway. They also offer catering for birthday parties, christenings, weddings and funeral receptions. Everyone is served with a smile by the incredibly hardworking staff.
