Subway

Horrible. There are to many times I’ve gone in here and seen questionable things. Employees sneezing/coughing and not washing hands, WHILE MAKING FOOD. Food safety issues, no hair nets (which leads to hair in food). And children behind the counter/playing in the back...? Overall poor food quality. I frequented this location a lot until stuff started happening. I’ve had sandwiches toasted to long where when the timer goes off they just open the door and continue making something else, leaving the sandwich in the still very hot oven. This leads to the bread burning/drying out by the time they get back to it. Witnessed employee with no hair net, coughed, and continued making my food without washing hands. I brought this to the attention of subway and was contacted by the owner to which he said it would be reviewed, and that they take food safety seriously. Also said I would get coupons in the mail, which I NEVER did. Now A few days ago was the last straw. I bought my My girlfriend a salad, she was eating it and found 2 hairs in her salad. Thankfully they didn’t make their way into her mouth but still very disgusting. I have photos which are attached. Not only this but there was a young child playing in the back and came walking out from the back while I was getting a soda. Just stay away.

Asked employee what time they closed. She asked me when tomorrow? No today. She replied 8:45-9. It was not even 8:30 yet. She was implying she wanted to leave and didn’t want to do any more orders. Said o okay so you close at 9. She shot back 8:45! Just overall rude and disrespectful to a simple question. Must have been having a bad day or had something to do after. Still not a good reason to be rude and disrespectful.

Standard Subway Sandwich Fair polite pleasant service clean restaurant. Handicap access handicap tables handicap restroom adequate parking. Breaded toppings for fresh on crispy. Sandwiches made to my liking. I enjoy using the sub Club card in order to gather points from purchases and then I get free food so for me it's a win-win.

They don’t know how to make the subs and are very quiet when they talk so you can’t hear them. They have three girls and there is only one girl making the subs and she doesn’t even know how to make them, the other two are just sitting there watching her. They have very slow service because of this. Their meat tastes very weird and so do their chips and soda. I will not be coming here again.

The new wraps are delicious.....EVERYWHERE ELSE! I went in and ordereded a wrap that I have had at many other Subways. She grabbed the wrong wrap and tried arguing with me that I was wrong when their sign clearly showed it was not the same and when I pulled the menu up she said each subway is diffferent......REALLY?! Then she could not wrap it at all. It turned into this awkward looking square blob I could not even eat. She knew it was terrible to cause she half smiled and said she put a fork in the bag. I wont go back. I will go across town.
