Dunkin'

Ordered a Strawberry coconut refresher with extra Strawberry concentrate through the drive thru. Woman taking my order couldn't understand me the first time but got it the second time. I pull up and it's all Strawberry juice and no coconut milk. I tell the person it's the wrong drink. She turns around and says something and her co worker rolls her eyes. How crazy is it that you signed up for a job where you make drinks but give customers attitude over the simplest drinks? Terrible service

I ordered a frozen coffee that tasted like the container they use to make it had the previous order mixed in mine. I asked for it to be remade and also with less amount of the flavors I ordered which I saw her do correctly. When I got in car and tasted it, it was much sweeter than the 1st cup, which would only make sense if she added some or all of the 1st cup back into the 2nd one.

Love dunkin but do not like this location because of the staff whom are rude and extremely unprofessional, upon walking inside the gas station/Dunkin combo inside, before you even get out od your car yoy wull be asked if a random person can pump your gas, if you sat no they just start houndjng you for some change, when you fibally get close to tge door another pops up and asks you for spare change, and you will not believe that while in line the guy says he's short $3, which I wanted to order faster so i paid for his order, don't mind buying food and helpung someone that way . Staff was extrmely slow, even with taking account for the drive thru and the amount of people in that tiny Dunkin working slow and playing on there phones. I waited over 2 minutes for the last to hand me my entire change and reciept cause she jeptbtexting andvpicking up one bill at a time.
