I have ordered through the app twice and both times they got it wrong I ordered a chicken bacon ranch salad and got no bacon. Then I ordered a pizza and it was missing the vegis, cookies and drink when I came to pick it up.
The customer service is good in the store and it is clean. I have had no issues on ordering in person but personally as a former subway employee I think they need to step up their game when it comes to online orders. It is usually a time sensitive case for me on lunch so I do not want to have to wait for them to fix my order when they have a line to the door in the restaurant.

2 Nice Fellows Working!! My Friend had a Spicy Italian and I had a Club both were halves on the 3 cheese bread. Extremely Delicious! The Inside could have been a little cleaner but These 2 Fellows were Non-Stop in there .. Real Busy!! Enjoyed Talking to the staff!!

I’m not sure the names of the two men working at around 11:30 today [11/19/19] but I got the best sub I’ve ever had from subway! Such a neat and hardworking team! Those boys deserve a raise!
