My wife and I have a little tradition to eat here on a tough work day. The service and the ice cream good, no complaints, I wish they had more favors. But the ice cream has a good texture and the selection they have to good. I mean its ice cream… The prices are also fine and you can sample whatever you want~

The ongoing pandemic has definitely taken a toll on lot of businesses since a consumer mindset to buy anything outside of essential has crippled down significantly. Now by living with it has become the new normal, it is commendable on how these businesses continue to remain open and cater to the general public by following the safety standards. We tried the Carvel at Bergen street a week back for the first time and have already got our second pick of ice creams for a second week in a row. The people who serve the ice creams wear masks at all times and they have hand sanitizers at the entrance for the incoming customers too. The store is well maintained and looks fairly cleaner. Now when it comes to the ice creams, we have tried the strawberry, rum and raisins, bourbon toffee and butter pecan and they tasted great. They were rich in taste and creamy enough. We got small cups both the times with two scoops and the toppings went well with them. If you are in Harrison, this place is a must try!

Friendly customer service. Ice cream is unbelievably good. Clean and neat place. Although the rating threw me off, I read that it is now under new management and new employees so don’t be to quick to judge this place. Will come back whenever I crave something sweet. GO AND TRY THIS PLACE OUT!!!!! 💯💯💯💯💯💯

I went to this place to get some ice cream for my kids . And i notice that the ice cream were almost melting . I went back to the place to complaint about it and they saw the icream melted and they said is because the outside temperature, but i also notice they dindt have the a/c air conditioner on in there as well. They dint do nothing , they dindt change the ice cream , and i dindt get my money back. Worst place ever and very bad customer service.
