My son has autism and he wanted to try the new beyond chicken so I was trying to explain to him how to order on the menu and the girl that was taking the order was giving us nothing but attitude she was rude and then we ordered and we had gotten the six piece meal box and the only thing that was in the box when we got home was six nuggets no fries no sides no nothing. I didn't even bother going back cuz I didn't want to deal with the people inside the store. The service here is horrible and I will never ever be going back to this location ever again!

Wife placed mobile order for me to pick up. It was unknown at the time that the lobby was closed for renovations and I was driving a vehicle unfit for the drive-thru. I stood in line with the cars in the drive-thru. When I got to the window I was denied service even though I explained my situation. I joked that could take out the hight restriction bar if they'd like. I was rudely told that I was not getting anything from there so I let an FU roll off my tongue and started to walk away. The person who claimed to be a manager then repeated my choice words and threatened to come outside to handle me. As I continued to walk away he made other statements, insultingly comparing me to poultry. If this is the class of human that works there, they are not to be trusted with food preparation

Arrived at drive thru, placed on hold for 15mins..Made a simple order, got up to window to pay, was charged for extra order of fries(didn't ask for). Requested it be removed. Received bag drove to parking spot,only to realize classic combo missing. Got some type of bowl?! Went back to window, person handing out food did not aplogize for error, instead tells us it's a mash potato bowl!!?? Ok,it's not what we asked for in the 1st place!! comes back with bag just hands it out!! Also had 5pctenders,they were horribly dry,fries &biscuit lukewarm.

Worst experience i have ever had. I got home to find out they did not give me my chicken. I called and the manager on duty was disrespectful and called me a few choice names. We spent 35 dollars there for mashed potatoes , cole slaw , biscuits , 3 piece tender , and gravy ! The manager should be fired ! We will never go there again ! Only good part was i reported him to customer service and they were very nice. Sending 20 coupon but we will not use it there. We will go across the river. Please, check your order before you leave. I even asked the guy at window, if my order was correct, he said it was. The manager told me they are paid to say yes yours is correct !
