Very pleased with their customer service and their black bean rice bowl is my all time favourite 🥰. A must try if you are looking for good food and good service:)

Don't get the salad from Pita Pit unless you enjoy being disappointed and hungry afterwards. If you don't know, you have to pay extra for the salad. It has been a whole since we had gone there (last time was when they still had the plastic bowls). Before, you would get more lettuce in the salad than the pita, it looks like that is no longer the case.

Ugh….cold chicken, bacon was cold and soggy..when I found it..sure didn’t look like double bacon either..gluten free pita was dry, the meat was hidden somewhere underneath all the spinach and sprouts….ugh

I only went here a couple times but every time I went it was nice customer service and clean place to eat at but this was before covid. The portion sizes are nice and big. Everything seems fresh, I would choose this over Subway.

Pretty terrible excuse for a pita! I ate half and tossed the rest. They asked if I wanted some hot sauce and I said sure, the guy then proceeded to dump half the bottle of hot sauce on the chicken and veggies on the grill, the pita just tasted like burnt hot sauce and vinegar and the bacon was terrible as well.

The environment was very comfortable (despite the covid-19 restrictions properly in place in this establishment). I went in toward the end of the shift and the staff was very open to getting my order done in that time. Which is very refreshing considering some establishments are in a rush to close early. Food was great, portions were excellent with reasonably fresh food for late February early March. Would recommend, would come back.

Very Disappointed tonight, service was very scattered brained. The veggie station was awful, veggies were all inner mixed. The lettuce was all rust, I asked for different and the bin was equally bad.
We had to remind the young man what we had ordered. The pitas were not well rolled and completely fell apart when attempting to eat them.
Any food allergies that is not the place to go!
They were very sloppy when refilling the food station.
Over all very disappointing food.

We were served by Montana and Caleb. The food they prepared was exceptional and they were very friendly. It was fast and delicious thank you.
