Had the drive through kid play a prank by changing his voice and have 3 different people on the intercom trying to take my order interrupted and telling me my order clearly wrong back to me several times"so you want a come brew with 18 sugars and 7 cremes" I can a do with a joke and laugh at it maybe once or twice but being in line for 15 min then having the prankster have me repeat my order 7 times and when I get to the window the kid tells me hes a goof hes been doing it all day that's not cool I'm trying to get to work. Never had a problem there before. Frustrated

This used to be my favorite location but lately the people working are always on their cell phones and rarely even acknowledge you. I’ve gone through the drive through before and they didn’t speak a word at the window. Sometimes the service is great and you get what you order and other times the entire experience is awful.

We order on the app every Saturday and Sunday morning. We make sure to order as soon as we leave the house. This DD location is 8 minutes away. Our order is never ready when we get there. We always have to wait even though they are not busy. We always order a lg chai latte and lg iced coffee. Every single time they give me a medium chai.

I'm still a frustrated because lately they have been adding items to their menu and then removing them a month later, however I gave it 3 stars because it's not the absolutely best most of the locations I've been to including this one have been a bad experience, the staff for the most part seem to be quite rude and they never get the order correctly the first time. The 3 stars is because I still love some.of the drinks and menus items regardless of poor service
