by far the slowest cafe with the worst costumer service i have EVER been to. i mobile ordered and still had to wait 20 minutes after my pickup time, when it finally came out it was made completely wrong. when i politely told the barista the drink she handed me was not what I bought, she got mad at me...? half of the time mobile order isn't even an option on the app. these types of scenarios have happened to me and other people i since i have been coming to this location.

We use the drive-through here. Always a line, but it usually moves quickly. Friendly staff and accurate fulfillment of my wife's detailed orders. 😁

Depending on who makes you drink it can be absolutely a good experience but I love my Java Chip

Typical Starbucks. Was quite busy at the time we visited (early morning, about 8). Got our coffees with no problem, the barista even suggested one to my spouse when she was unsure what to get. However the food portion of our order, just a couple of scones, was slow, and after we drove off, we realized one of the two was not what we'd ordered.

Only reason for 4 stars is, I guess, like everyone else, the pandemic is affecting Starbucks too. They didn't have the usual Holiday Menu for drinks. I was SO excited to get a gingerbread latte. But 😮

Horrible service, I went to buy a Venti drink and asked for a large straw, because my drink was large, and they answered me with attitude and did not give me what I asked for👎

Absolutely one of the best Starbucks I've been in and many of years! First time me and my wife came through the drive-thru and they were very kind very nice and spite they were closing in 10 minutes they will still more than exceptional with us. It was three workers in there and they were all outstanding! This black man will be back lol.

I drive by this location just about every day but your prices are way to high $6 or more for coffee no thank you I go to Pembroke Irving for $1.79 I can't get large hot or ice and they don't charge 25 cents for almond milk and I can get 4 muffins for 99 cents since I have rewards card their coffee is the best then Cumberland farms 99 cents any size sorry but it's the truth
