Unbelievable how a simple order ALWAYS gets messed up. Ordered a bagel with SAUSAGE AND CHEESE.........opened my sandwich to find sausage and EGG.........NO CHEESE. This is not the first time that I clearly stated what I wanted on my sandwich and ended up with something I did not order when I open the sandwich. Last time, I ordered Ham and Cheese sandwich and opened my sandwich to find a few pieces of ham thrown on toast. For some reason, they always forget the CHEESE, but will throw on an egg for no reason. I stopped going here, even though it is more convenient to my route, but decided to try again...........but I won't be patronizing with this inconsistent service.

Staff is friendly and quick, but they managed to get my sandwich order wrong twice. Once when I originally placed the order through the app, and once when I went back to get the correct sandwich. I didnt feel like dealing with it anymore than I had so I just left it but I wont be returning to this location.

Great coffee and stuffed croissant! However, what has had to the staff in the past year and a half? They are sooooo slow! The drive thru is a complete disaster!

A convenient location in Severn, Maryland and the employees are always pleasant. I think the Coffee and Tea taste better than Starbucks. But that is just my opinion.

Lobby was still closed and the donuts they gave us were all jacked up.

I ordered a coffee and donuts around 7pm. The coffee was cold and the donuts were like rocks. The two employees working there did not know how to count change. I will never go back to Dunkin’ Donuts. Please save your money and don’t waste it.

Employees are very friendly here and they have a drive through. When I went today, they only had drive through open, and the lobby was closed. Pretty fast service here!

My little boy had to use the restroom. I asked if they were broken. The cashier responded with, "No, they are closed." My family would rather spend our Saturdays with a bakery that actually cares about its customers. That's the last time I step foot in that place.
