I ordered what I totaled up to be about $60 worth of food, our order was messed up to start. We called to get an idea of what went wrong and either the owner or the manager, went on to tell us that we messed up and what we ordered totaled up to be $71.71. I would list off what we ordered but not only can we not remember the greatest because the sticker shock came in but their receipts here do not list what you order. My friend spoke to the person at the restaurant and he has a foreign accent, but the manager after going back and fourth went on to say “do you not understand? Clearly i speak better english than you.” Went on to a back and fourth cussing match, with my friend. So not only did we not get what we ordered we were 100% over charged for what was delivered, the manager or owner who ever he was was cussing and being rude to us. Ive worked in customer service for close to 5 years, in no way shape or form is it ever acceptable to cuss at your customers. You dont tell them their wrong, you help them better understand what they paid for if this is the case. I know that me not ordering from here ever again wont affect them I am one person. However i advise all looking for a delivery chinese food restaurant weigh out your options before ordering from here. To be clear the picture attached is what was $71.71. Tell me im crazy?

My new favorite Chinese place! Their fried rice is the best I've ever had (it was so light and fluffy), the pineapple chicken was fantastic and the coconut chicken was not only delicious but came with the coconut in a separate container which I absolutely loved and appreciated (especially since sauce already on the chicken usually results in the last few pieces having too much coconut sauce on and the leftover sauce was fantastic on the white rice which was a nice bonus). And the chicken on sticks was a very nice treat I couldn't resist eating and snacked on before I even left the parking lot with my takeout order. It was a very delicious meal and I will definitely be back many more times. They are also very nice here and the inside was clean, spacious and well lit. It's a very welcoming place that I wish I had found sooner. My order was correct, the person listed everything I got when I picked it up and everything was right-from-the-oven hot. I hadn't read any reviews before going and I'm glad I didn't. I personally had a fantastic first time experience and will be going back for sure. If my experience ever changes to a negative I'll update my review but I had a totally different experience than the negative reviewers did.

I almost didn’t order because of some of the negative reviews, but I couldn’t have had a better experience. I was told 35minutes for delivery and if it took 20minutes I’d be surprised. I instantly assumed the food would be terrible coming that quick. Everything was delicious though and to hot to eat when it arrived! Delivery driver couldn’t have been friendlier either. Just my experience.

Typically this is our go to for Chinese in Hanover. Today I’m not sure what happened . We ordered online and when we got there at the designated time they said they didn’t see the order. Annoying, but hey, we’re all human. The real issue was the food itself. The sesame chicken was severely overcooked, I mean, rock hard, it had been fried for so long there was literally no chicken left inside the breading, it just crumbled. The spring rolls were mushy, tasted completely different than normal. We received what seemed like a 1/2 portion for the beef with broccoli. The dumplings though 🥟 were killer (as usual) and the pork fried rice was good. I’ll try again next time. I’m not giving up hope because usually the food here is awesome. Hopefully they’re just having an off day.

Not sure what happened to this place but it's been over an hour and a half since I placed my order and the store is less than 5 minutes from my house. I usually have no problems and get my order within 20 minutes. I called and they said the driver is out for delivery, but that was half an hour ago now. 👎 Edit: it took two hours to receive our food. The poor delivery driver looked very put out and I'm sure they are very busy. The food was still warm when received. I just wish they had said from the beginning that it was going to be awhile. I understand so many places are under staffed but we would have been willing to come pick it up if that was the case.
