Subway

This is the third time we’ve ordered from this location. Each time it gets progressively worse. Today, we ordered two Veggie Delight subs. Both were to have double vegetables, cheese, and toasted bread. This time (unlike our two previous trips) the bread was toasted. Still NO cheese. Also missing were the double vegetables. We had five pieces of spinach on the entire sub. After numerous attempts to call this Subway and being disconnected, I would unequivocally say this will likely be our last visit to this Subway location!

I’ve never been so dissatisfied with my visit here. I found a long hair in my sub, and the guy couldn’t even make my sub right. I asked for light onion and he piled them on. I asked for light lettuce as well and once again, he piled it on… I’ve never been so upset with a visit. Not only that, but the guy couldn’t follow simple directions, one of his other co-workers had to tell him to get off the register to help me. Like, come on man, it’s simple. You see a customer, you help them. SMH

I don't ever post reviews but my girlfriend and I just got doordash from here and everything we got was terrible and made wrong. I don't know if you guys just don't care, or if you have new people and it was a legitimate mistake but not only did we not get the right sandwiches you guys didn't even toast my bread. I work in food service management and if anyone in my crew made mistakes that big we would pretty much have to retrain them. Maybe it was just a fluke but regardless... Do better.

A while back I ordered subs that they charged me for and when I arrived at the store they told me I never ordered any So I was there today and I thought I’ll give them another try I’m standing in line for a good 15 minutes and I’m watching them make all these subs One person put their order in as they were finishing up another but then they started making all these subs for online Meanwhile we’re standing there were standing there and nobody saying we Will be with you in about so many minutes or it’ll be just a few more minutes nothing and when I said something like I didn’t think it was fair that we should stand there and wait while everybody else’s food is being made I realize Customer service is a thing of the past but when it’s 15-20 minutes and all these other subs are being made It kind of makes me feel like my order is not important and it was to me because I needed to eat and I’m a diabetic Two of us walked out There were four people working
