I have never written a review before. After placing an order on the mobile app I had to wait 45 minutes to get my order. I had to go into the site twice to finally get the order. I was told the delay was due to the large crowd. There were only 5 customers inside and 2 in the drive thru. Everyone inside had their orders. People who we are the mobile pickup when I arrived said they had waited 1/2 hour to receive their orders. My recommendation is that you do not offer a service that you obviously can't provide.

Pulled up to the drive through today (6-29-2022) and the young man in the building said something unintelligible about them being closed. At lunch time! I don't really care that they were closed at lunch time. It doesn't make sense. But put up a sign or something. Maybe slow down and use some syllables.

Well, the cashier was having a literally mental breakdown over taking orders for one. We waited forever for our food and asked for it fresh. We have a child eating as well, we don’t mind the wait for fresh food. Everything is cold and soggy. Nothing was made fresh, we waited forever, and we watched the cashier have a mental breakdown in front of the whole store.
