Subway

If I could zero stars I would. I am a Subway regular and this is the WORST Subway I have ever visited. The young man taking my order was beyond rude and simply belligerent. Everything was a problem for him. He said he couldn't do a salad. I only wanted lettuce, cucumbers, and olives but he just charged me for a protein bowl even though there wa no protein In my meal. He was antagonistic all the way until I left. And no receipt because he said the printer has been broken for a month. Stay away from this Subway!

This is a horrible Subway. Don’t ever ask them for extra ingredients because they will charge you. I asked for extra pickles & this Subway refuses. They consider extra as 3 extra pickles. I hope you like your sandwiches plain & low on ingredients. I have gone back a number of times hoping they were only having a bad day. This place does not care about their customers. When I complained they simply said they have a good rating already so too bad.

😡Whoever the young man was working here on Nov. 6, 2021 at 4:30 p.m. doesn’t know anything about customer service. Had an attitude the entire time when prepping sandwiches and got angry when I asked for extra salt by excessively dumping 3 times more. ‼️ The main concern is ESPECIALLY DURING COVID-19 is his unsanitary habits which was going in the back and eating with his mask down. Didn’t realize he was doing this until after serving us. When the next customer came I don’t think he washed his hands. If you work in the restaurant business you need to know good customer service. ➡️➡️I said thank you each time and he wouldn’t respond and just give a bad look. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau about this and Hanover Park Business Association. ⬅️⬅️ !!!WHOEVER OWNS THIS LOCATION SHOULD RECONSIDER WHO THEY HIRE!!!

Wish I could give them no stars. Ordered sandwiches and cookies. He had cookies on a tray the whole time we were in there. He said the tray was extremely hot but took them out 5 minutes ago. We were in there 10 minutes and I explained in 15 minutes they wouldn’t me that hot. He said it was scorching hot still which was a lie. Never going back to that subway.

Ordered a hot sandwich here and it was put on the bread. Then he finished the customer before me, taking 7.5 minutes, allowing my sandwich to get cold. I understand trying to be efficient, but use common sense! Because the sauce sat in the bread so long, it was a mess to eat, falling out the bottom of the bread and maybe ruining my blouse. No apology either. Will not return.
