I ordered wings and rice. This being my 3rd time there trying something different. I did not know the rice was plain and dry looking. Politely I asked the man(owner) if i could change the rice out . He yelled at me and said he already cooked the order. Then he snatched the food off the counter while I was picking it up and threw it on counter behind him and refused to let me pay for my food. When I asked him is this how he acts with his customers he said yes. I was in complete disbelief. I will say the wings there are good. But as a customer I will be damned to accept that kind of customer service. Very unprofessional & rude! Previously I had ordered there was a lady in the front she was very nice and professional

Just ordered the fried rice I used to love before the New Management and it’s very different! Not good at all. I need the old cook back! I won’t go back because I asked if the recipe had changed with new management and the lady up front said “no” but it clearly did. The rice is horrible no taste at all.

10 wing combo for $7.99 The wings are a nice size and the guy who's always there when I go is very friendly. This is the best price for wings in this Lovejoy shopping area I think. There's another place(Lovejoy wing Cafe) where you can get the same for 7.99 but you must have tea with the combo. So not paying more to go to the new American Deli or WnB who raised their prices after a few months. I hope this place lasts.

I order gold rush, honey hot and lemon teriyaki. And gold rush was ok different, honey hot was just hot 🔥 no sweetness I'm use to for that flavor I think she forgot the honey and lemon teriyaki was ok. This place is under new management. And there was only 1 person working and she was doing the cooking and ringing me up. I was the only customer. And she was a sweet lady. I might go back
