Burger King

My wife and I go here often as we live close in fox hill. Let me start by saying this Burger King used to be very nice as I’ve gone here for 30 years. I have never seen such a rude and disrespectful staff as they have currently working there right now. Mostly younger kids with ZERO respect for others. I have literally had my food and drinks tossed out the drive through window before and let me tell you it took everything in me to just let it go. The food is usually cold and I personally think the management needs to hire some employees with self integrity.

They are short staffed and the inside is closed but with only 3 employees, they keep the drive through moving for the most part. Saw the other reviews and I can say I have never had rude or bad service at this location. The employees have always been polite. The breakfast is normally hot. Burgers and fries are normally warm but I microwave when I get home anyways. I have been visiting this location for 16 years and for the most part, I have been happy with the service and the food.

Got a TINY double cheeseburger, medium sized fry (definitely not large), and a large coke and was charged over $9.70! Neither the employee nor the manager would make the error right. My opinion is go to another franchise or another restaurant like McDonalds. These folks do not have your best interest at heart!

I will unfortunately never visit this establishment again. As a veteran of the United States Marine Core, I was pretty upset by my visit so close to Veterans Day. Just wanted a quick Sunday morning breakfast before getting to work. Kelsie, my cashier wasn't the friendliest, but my guest and I overlooked that. She is young and perhaps hadn't acquired her common courtesy or respect for others yet. After waiting about 10 minutes for a few sandwiches, I got back out of my vehicle (I ordered inside) to go back in when I realized the 4 orders of hash rounds weren't hot. This is an age old fast food dilemma......when you have to wait on sandwiches or other food, you expect your fries, hash browns and other side items to be as hot and fresh as the items you had to wait on. I simply wanted help from the manager, who spoke to me with her back turned, not an exaggeration, which upset me more. While I'm trying to speak with the manager, Kelsie rudely cut in and answered the manager FOR ME. Ugh.... Very disrespectful and unprofessional. I ended up by leaving with cold food that was purchased, complete disregard from the cashier AND the manager and a bad taste in my mouth. If you are a veteran, please consider boycotting this Burger King location. I'm still disgusted by the treatment here. And if anyone from corporate reads this, what kind of a manager turns her back on a customer when they are trying to resolve an issue? This occurred at 10:22am on Sunday, November 18, 2018.
