I will never ever go to this KFC/Taco Bell again. It was around lunch time and I go through the drive through. I’m the only car and when pulled up to order, the girl says “you have to come in to order” I asked what she said, no response. So, I pull up to window and her back is turned. She looks around at me like what do you want. Then, she open the window and say you have to come inside to order with her rude self. I drove off at went to McDonalds. I don’t have the time, energy nor patience to deal with unprofessional people. Leaving was the best thing for me! Management needs to get people in this establishment who wants to work and have some manners and customer service experience. How in the heck do I have to come in when I’m the only one in drive thru, make it make sense. The drive thru is to DRIVE THRU! Either manager need to address, or they will be shut down soon! Period!

We just came up for lunch … terrible experience!! First off my order was wrong , she was rude at one point . So after I’m done ordering she said my total was $36 🤔 howwww . Then she added stuff that I didn’t order and didn’t take it off . I didn’t get a recipt !! There was NO ICE in any of my drinks , it was cold and nasty … don’t go here enough said ….

Definitely the worst customer service experience of my life. The Drive-thru worker was extremely rude. She told me that I can't add to my order at the window, which was fine. I said that I would come inside. She proceeded to demand that I pay her for my current order immediately. I repeated that I was coming inside. When I got inside, the first order was already bagged, crumpled up and laying on its side. The cashier attempted to verify what I had ordered and I explained that I had not ordered regular chicken sandwiches...I had ordered spicy chicken sandwiches and wanted to add to the order. The Drive- thru worker turned around and yelled "That's not what he said when he ordered" The cashier told me that the Drive-thru worker must be having a bad day. I told her that taking it out on paying customers was not the solution. The cashier, who was friendly and polite, continued to take my order and went to the back to get it. The Drive thru worker went to the back and started yelling "I don'tcare" " You can go back and tell him I don't care" She then proceeded to laugh. At that point, I canceled the order and demanded a refund to my card and a receipt showing that I had been refunded. She was unable to provide the receipt because the printer had no paper. This restaurant has a serious need to step up it's game. The Drive- thru worker has no business working in customer service. I just canceled a $27 order and from reading previous reviews, I'm not the first.

Didn't realize this place was even there. At night all the lights are off in the parking lot (city code violation?), and the sign is off too. Only reason I knew they were open is because some other poor soul was in the drive through line. Rude drive through person, just like the other reviews say (she must be related to the owner since she's still there) customer service is horrible. Will never come back again.

Our food was thrown in the bag on its side and the icing got on literally everything in the bag! Everything sticky and messy. Tried to call twice and no answer. Will be calling again! Cinnabon’s hard and nothing like described. Also messed up my order and when paying for my meal was asked if i wanted my change back.. no matter how big or small the amount just rude and poor service.

You come to KFC/TACO BELL because its convenient or because you're poor or both. So, it's not every day that your experience with the costumer service at places like this are so stellar. No offense, this place is not in the best area but Franklin (I believe that is his name) manages to keep an upbeat attitude and outstanding costumer service! I normally don't review impromptu visits to fast food places, but I had to take some time to talk about this guy. I repeat fantastic costumer service. Such an important factor.
