One of the best Hardee's in Hampton. The staff is nice, the manager is very hard working. Always a good time having lunch here. Shout out to Ms. Pam for keeping things together

Waited 21 minutes in drive thru...we were the ONLY, ones in the drive thru.... for 12 pieces of chicken and then had to go in and get it myself. And we couldn't get a meal bc they had NOTHING to put sides in😏
I mean use a drink cup!
Sad, no wonder Popeyes line was around the building.....last time I try Hardee's

Super slow. Prioritizing door dash over in line customers. Took 40 minutes in drive thru to get food.

The service was not up to standard. Order at drive- thru, waited a minute. Finally was able to order then after I paid I was asked to to pull-up. I waited 20 minutes, had to park and go inside to get my order. The manager said oh here's your order. I ask what took so long ; I was told that they had to cook it and she said sorry. Business was very slow and were taking one car at a time.

The 1st apple turn over I received was not very good at all but after speaking to the sales clerk the second serving of apple pie was delicious 😋
