Dunkin'

Most definitely will NOT be coming back to this dunkin’ anytime ever. I stopped here this morning to get my complimentary Wednesday coffee that I placed via mobile order. When I pull up there’s 3 employees outside smoking, taking their break (I assumed). I go inside to wait for my order and no one was behind the counter yet. One of the guys who was outside smoking comes running in & immediately starts making my order… WITHOUT WASHING HIS HANDS. I was disgusted. I threw the coffee out when I left the store and decided to stop by the dunkin I normally go to, and just pay for another coffee. At least I know this one doesn’t come with a side of covid and cigarette ash… 🤢

Walked inside stood at register was going to order a coffee was waiting about 5 minutes, I was the only one in the store then I was told only drive through was open...as the woman was already behind the register in front of me. I said confusingly " You want me to walk through the drive through?" To which she responded yeah that's open for orders, were not taking orders at the front. She was behind the register with the coffee pot 4 foot away, I ended up just leaving If I could rate them lower I would.

If you ever decide to eat here, please go elsewhere. I ordered five wraps through Grubhub and I was very disappointed to see 5 donuts instead. If they didn’t have it, I would have been okay if someone called to notify me. But they clearly didn’t care. I will never ever order from here anymore . The phone number to the store just rings. No one picks up. I’ve called about 5 times with 30 min increments in between. Probably the worst order I’ve gotten through Grubhub. And I’m definitely not one to write reviews either. Your hunger deserves to be satisfied elsewhere ! Not here!

My husband and I stopped by this Dunkin on the way home this morning. When we went up to order the cashier let us know they were out of the hashbrowns. When I told her the next part of my order she informed me that they were also out of the bread for that sandwich. So I chose another sandwich. My husband and completed our orders and went to wait. We waited a solid 10 minutes before the food handler informed me that they out of the sandwich bread for that sandwich too. So I chose ANOTHER sandwich. She eventually brought my portion of the order out, but another 10 minutes go by and she still hadn’t brought out my husband’s portion of our order...but somehow managed to bring out someone else’s order. This order included FOUR sausage, egg, and cheese croissants.And this person was 2 or 3 people behind us. My husband only ordered 1. At this point I went to the cashier and explained the issue. She went back and told the food handler. Another 5 minutes go by and the food handler comes back up with what I THOUGHT was my order. It was not. So I confront her and ask her why people who have come in after us are all getting their food. She gets an attitude with me?? And she wasn’t even wearing a mask. No thank you.

I want to give this a zero star. The guy that took my order was completely rude and kept correcting me when I said caramel. Very disrespectful , I have never been to a place where they have been so rude to me. I will never be back. I wish they would hire people that actually cared about customers and were polite.
